Trinity Wellness Center offers Fitness Groups that are a cost-effective way of getting personalized care and attention in a small group setting. They are coordinated based on need / interest and generally consist of individuals with similar ability levels. All Fitness Groups are coordinated by a physical therapist who is familiar with your personal fitness goals and any musculoskeletal issues you may have. Our Fitness Groups allow you to be involved in a supervised exercise program that is modified by a PT on a monthly basis. This can be a good adjunct to therapy, easing the transition from rehab to independent fitness routines.
